Before you invest in new equipment for your manufacturing facility, you want to make sure it is capable of producing your products. In our Technology Center, we can pilot-scale test a wide variety of products and processes. How viscous is the mayonnaise? Do the strawberries stay intact? Can we shorten the batch time? Our application engineers conduct tests with you, evaluate the results and translate this into the solution that is right for you. We can test for food, pet food and meat products.

Batch emulsion skid
In our batch emulsion skid, different process steps can be performed to produce a diverse portfolio of products. It is equipped with a steam jacket, condenser and powder funnel. Multiple mixing tanks can be connected for dispensing liquids, such as oil and premixes.

Cook & cool unit
The boil&chill boiler is equipped with a coaxial stirring system,steam jacket and condenser. During mixing, the boiler can be tilted. In this way, it can mix, heat, cool and vacuum evaporate.

Continuous emulsion line
With our continuous emulsion skid, emulsified sauces can be produced in a continuous manner. Post-mixing technology can also be demonstrated.

Steam Tunnel
Pilot size of steam tunnel. The Ocelot series is a complete production line for making meat chunks, among other things, consisting of an emulsion hopper, spreader, steam tunnel and a cooling/cutting combination unit. In addition, the steam tunnel can also be used for various applications.
